When we live or work in a space for some time, it's hard to be impartial about it. With my training and my lack of attachment to your space, I can look at it with fresh eyes.
I can see your place in a very different way to you - which is exactly what you need. I can 'see' your place through the eyes of your potential buyers.
What I do is guide you to take the process of taking the 'you' out of your home, and turning it back to a house, so that your prospective buyers can easily 'see' themselves living in the space, and turning it into their home.
I offer a two stage service to get you ready.

Pkg No 1: 'GET-READY' CHECKLIST
This includes ...
* An on-site visit (which, with your OK, includes taking some photos that I can refer to when developing your checklist)
* An analysis of the best strategies for making the most of your property ... quickly
* Presentation of a room-by-room checklist of suggestions.
* The highlighting the overall top 10 priorities for your property (which you'll find very handy when you're in a hurry).
My current fee for the 'get-ready' checklist is just $195*... By the way, I am happy to travel longer distances to do appraisals and would just need to add on a travelling allowance.
The turn-around time for your checklist is within 3 working days on my on-site visit. Because I provide a very prompt service, you'll understand that I require payment prior to commencing ... cheers.

Pkg. no 2: STLING PACKAGE
The Styling Package is a combination of the 'get-ready checklist', plus styling (or staging) the rooms of your property, ready for inspections.
After you have worked through your fresh-ideas checklist and completed the tasks, I will return to your property to make the most of each space.
This really is is the 'icing on the cake' in maximising the appeal of your property. It can make a HUGE difference.
My goal is to create an environment so that your prospective buyers want to walk in and have a look in very room. Very simply, if they don't explore each room then they are not interested in buying.
Styling (or staging) for sale is not about spending money; it's about making an investment in your property that you will get back, many times over .... how good is that!
The fee for the get-ready/styling package consists of the cost of the 'get-ready checklist' plus an hourly rate for the time spent on styling. I can give you a quote on this after I see the property. Cheers ... Kerry
