* a meeting on-site (where we chat and, with your OK, I take some photos to refer to)

* carefully planning some colour schemes for you, to suit  the mood you want, the uses of the space, and the existing fixed colours;

* the presentation of 2 or 3 different schemes (your choice) showing the proportional use of the suggested colours

*  provision of large swatches of the suggested schemes so you can hold the colours against the walls and check them out at different times of the day.
